If you are using Etron EJ168A USB3.0 host controller, you might run into monitor blackout . The issue is caused by buggy EJ168A xHC implementation.  

Don't use FL2000 USB display dongle with Etron EJ168A xHC. Get refund if you bought FL2000 USB Display dongle if you have to stick to EJ168A host controller.
