Running DxDiag

DxDiag is built into Windows and provides lots of valuable information about the hardware and drivers running in your system that can help in solving issues.
To run DxDiag:
  1. Press the Windows Key + 'R' to bring up the run dialog.
  2. Type dxdiag and press enter or click OK
  3. In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click the Save All Information button at the bottom.
  4. Save the DxDiag.txt file to a convenient location.
